SEEN is an AI-powered confidence coaching app that provides personalized compliments, style analysis, fashion recommendations, and shopping features. The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted photos and generate content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
You agree not to use SEEN to upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality. You must not use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
SEEN uses AI to generate compliments and recommendations. AI-generated content is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated style advice or product recommendations.
SEEN offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
SEEN displays product recommendations from third-party retailers. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or pricing of third-party products. Purchases made through affiliate links are subject to the respective retailer's terms and return policies.
All content, features, and functionality of the SEEN app are owned by SEEN and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload but grant us a limited license to process them for the app's functionality.
SEEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SEEN at any time for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
